KD 6 Elite Gold (CC)

With many popular shoes coming out, sneaker heads are looking for updates and release dates of the newest products. In the past couple of years, some of the top name brand shoes usually come out with an elite collection that usually sparks the shoe game. The gold collection are one of the most popular color ways in the shoe world. There are usually a lot of detail put it to them and are one of the more high quality shoe. With the KD 6 elite collection growing, they have released a final product of the gold edition which have got great reviews since been released. The shoe consists of red, black and white base that are mixed in throughout the shoe. Also, there is a piece of translucent mesh type texture that is placed over the whole shoe to add detail and pattern to the shoe to make it different from  years past. With this piece, the fly wire, which helps with stability and comfort, is more visible that makes it stand out better to add better quality. Gold fills in all of the logos and symbols, including the Nike swoosh, the KD symbol and his number 35 which is placed on the tongue. The laces and the insole of the shoe match with the color black. The airbags which are located on the bottom of the shoe are also colored red, which match the base color of the shoe and the lace locks. Airbags help with cushion when landing and also help with comfort. In my opinion, these shoes caught my eye right away. I like these shoes a lot. The colors they pick match very well and the translucent piece they used on the base makes the quality even better. As a sneaker head, I would rate these at least a 9/10 and plan on picking them up when they are released. These sneakers will be released on June 6 and a price of $200.

KD Elite Hero (BB)

With many different versions of KD shoes coming out, the elite collection is rising above. Nike has many items on their plate to complete and to let down their crowd of sneaker heads. They are in the middle of creating all bunch of kinds of shoes and colors for a handful of NBA stars. Despite all that, KD elite pulled through and has not let down their customers. The second color way for the elites is called the hero color way. It includes a base of a light green and a turquoise mixed together that create a cool shade. A couple of other colors are mixed in throughout the shoe in different areas. The Nike logos on the outer and inner part of the shoe are both colored pink, matching respectively. The laces and inner sole are matching also with a light green that blends very well with the turqoise. The KD symbol is a yellow, orange and red mix in a dotted pattern to make it stand out just a little more than anything else. These shoe also features flywire technology which helps for stability and comfort. Also, it includes air bags that are located at the sole of the she for cushion and also for comfort. Overall, I like this shoe. They did a good job due to the fact that this is there second colorway for the elite version of the KD 6. If they keep going like this, I feel that they could get great feedback and many people would be interested in them. These shoes will go on sale May 9th at a price of $200.

KD 6 What The KD (AA)

Every year Nike will usually keep the traditional color ways that they have. One colorway that stands out that everyone waits for is the "What the" collection. This collection includes What the Kobe, What the KD and What the Lebron. Although, there has not been any word on the What the Kobe's this year which is unusually. They all usually release about the same time. What is unique about these shoes is that there is no real pattern to follow or certain colors to match. They take all sorts of colors and put them together to create a shoe. But, they don't take just any colors, they take a certain part of previous color ways that were created this year and put the piece on a portion of the shoe. The neat part of this color way is the detail that is within them. At first glance you will be able to see the big patterns that stick out but the little details such as the different colored logos, the sole and insole and the tongue and laces that also make up the shoe. Now the What the KD has a separate base for each shoe. One shoe holds the liger color way, released this year, as the other holds the away color way which was also released this year. Some of the other colors mixed in include orange, blue, gold, red, green and the traditional black and white. As said before all of these colors were previously in a color way in a separate shoe before. Not only this shoe but all of the "What the" color ways are very hard to get, only certain stores get them and they certain stores get a limited amount of shipment. They hand out tickets for these shoes and raffle off a certain number of people that will get them. Despite how rare they are, they will be released June 7th at a price of $150.
